Timer, stopwatch and countdown in one place
The timer counts down from the time you set and plays a short sound when it reaches zero. The remaining time is shown in the browser tab title, so you can work in another tab and still see it. The stopwatch counts up to hundredths of a second and records laps with the fastest and slowest highlighted. The countdown shows how long is left until a date and time in your local time zone. Timing is based on the clock, so it stays accurate even when the tab is in the background.

Will the timer keep running in another tab?
Yes. It uses the system clock, so the time stays correct. The sound plays when time is up, as long as the page is still open and your browser allows sound.
Why did I not hear the alarm?
Check that the sound option is on, the device is not muted and the browser tab is not blocked from playing audio. Press Start at least once so the browser allows the sound.
How accurate is the stopwatch?
It shows hundredths of a second and measures from the system clock, so it does not drift when the page is busy.
Can I use it for the Pomodoro technique?
Yes. Use the 25 minute preset for work and the 5 minute preset for a break.
Is anything sent anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser.
